The fourth house designed for Constructora Haus rescues the most successful elements of its older sisters to achieve a simultaneously cozy and spacious environment, shaped by a balance of contrasting materials. The vibrant red metal cladding amplifies the serenity of the long wood bench on the entrance terrace, inviting you to rest and take your boots off. The darkness of the continuous polished black concrete floor dilutes the boundaries of the first floor spaces, and is offset by the warmth of the wooden ceilings. The large north-facing windows are echoed inside, by the imposing sliding doors that close off the kitchen without taking away its transparency.
